Depth, with room to breath.
But insight alone doesn't always translate into lasting change.
I offer two forms of psychedelic assisted therapy, both grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic awareness.
Integration Support helps you prepare for and make meaning of psychedelic experiences so that insights become embodied, lived, and woven into daily life.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) pairs ketamine with dedicated psychotherapy as a legal, clinically supported path to deeper change.

integration support
Preparation creates a foundation of safety and intention before a journey. Together we explore your hopes and intentions, any fears or protective parts that may be present, and practices to support grounding and presence going in.
Integration is where meaning takes root. After an experience, people often feel opened, sensitive, or unsure how to make sense of what emerged. Integration provides a relational space to gently explore insights, emotions, and shifts in awareness — and to translate them into real-life change.
Psychedelic experiences open doors. Preparation and integration are how you walk through them.
ketamine-assisted psychtherapy
-
KAP pairs ketamine with dedicated psychotherapy to create openings that may be difficult to access through talk therapy alone. Ketamine can temporarily soften habitual patterns, quiet inner critics, and increase neuroplasticity — allowing people to experience themselves and their inner world in new ways.
-
The process includes preparation sessions, a ketamine dosing session, and integration sessions afterward. My role is to support the therapeutic process throughout — before, during, and after.
Medical care, prescribing, and monitoring are handled by a qualified medical provider.
-
KAP is often sought by people experiencing depression or anxiety, feeling stuck despite prior therapy, chronic self-criticism, or a desire for deeper self-connection.
-
Yes.
KAP involves medical oversight and prescribed ketamine.
Psychedelic preparation and integration is therapy-only support. No substances are administered or prescribed as part of that work.

My Training
& background
This work is close to my heart. My own personal healing experiences with psychedelics and altered states are part of what drew me here, and what continues to inform how I show up for clients navigating these experiences themselves.
My training includes MDMA-assisted psychotherapy through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy through the Ketamine Training Center, alongside several years of direct clinical experience supporting clients through psychedelic preparation, integration, and KAP.
