IFS & Psychotherapy
Most people who find their way here have already done some version of the work. They understand their patterns. And something still hasn't shifted.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps you get curious about the parts of yourself keeping you stuck — inner critics, protectors, people-pleasers — rather than trying to fix or override them.
Through that curiosity, a steadier inner presence begins to emerge. One that leads with clarity and compassion rather than old survival strategies. The work is experiential, relational, and body-aware.
Experiential therapy for people ready to move beyond insight
Inner critics and self-doubt
Anxiety and depression
Feeling stuck despite prior therapy
Longing for more ease and connection
More authenticity in relationships
Psychedelics
Prep & Integration
Psychedelic experiences can open meaningful inner landscapes. Preparation and integration are what help those experiences become embodied and woven into daily life. The goal is not just insight, but lasting change.
This work is grounded in IFS, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. It's legal, non-directive, and does not involve the administration of psychedelic substances.
Grounded support before and after psychedelic experiences
Building safety and intention beforehand
Processing what emerged afterward
IFS and somatic-informed approach
Legal, non-directive (therapy only)

Mindfulness
& Meditation
Many people come to therapy understanding what's happening but unable to feel differently. Mindfulness and meditation offer a different entry point — creating space from habitual reactions and inner voices, and over time, more choice, clarity, and a felt sense of connection.
Rather than techniques to perform correctly, these practices become a way of relating differently to thoughts, emotions, and the parts of yourself that can feel harsh or overwhelming.
Whether you're new to practice or looking to deepen what you already have, there's room here. Meditation can become more than a stress reduction tool — it can offer a genuinely new way of relating to yourself and your life.
A way of relating to yourself from the inside out
Present moment awareness
Working with self-critical inner voices
Deepening an existing practice
Self-compassion as a foundation
Workshops & Groups
From time to time I offer workshops and groups exploring mindfulness, meditation, and inner work in a supportive group setting.

fees &
insurance
My standard fee for individual therapy is $225 per hour. A limited number of sliding-scale spaces are available for individuals with financial need.
Fees vary depending on the type of work. For KAP-specific fees, please visit the KAP page.
I currently accept Aetna insurance. If I am not in-network with your plan, I can provide a superbill to support out-of-network reimbursement. It is worth checking with your provider about your out-of-network benefits before we meet.
Questions worth asking your insurance provider:
• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible, and has it been met?
• What is the reimbursement rate for out-of-network providers?
I work virtually with individuals in Washington state and New York state. In-person sessions are available in Seattle (Columbia City). I travel to New York City quarterly for intensives and in-person sessions.
